My friend told me he really loves Space.
To look where the stars are, to watch movies about the space, to immerse in all the information about it.
I was wondering what I should paint next, and so I was reminded of a huge love for the Universe I used to have when I was a child. I had this huuuuuge book with the pictures and descriptions of constellations. And so I decided to try something different.
I used a different method for this one – I mixed some oil paint with turpentine to make it more watery, applied it on the brush and splattered that paint directly to the painting. That’s how the little stars were created!
Sometimes, you don’t need to look very far for inspiration in your work.
Sometimes, the inspiration is right in front of you, and you just need to acknowledge it.
